When we received the cord and tried to plug it into the computer, it did not fit. Have to hold it in with a heavy object so it can make contact and charge the laptop.

The cord does not fit my laptop at all. I have an Acer extensa 4420 the the adapter does not fit properly in my computer so I am not getting any charge. I really need my laptop and paid for 2 day shipping. Now I have to order a new one from someone else and wait longer. Do not waste your money on this product!!!!
